When it comes to sexual sobriety, there is way more to it than what you “see.” Trying to resist is helpful but if you don’t have the strategy and practical steps needed to grow in endurance, you’ll find yourself in the same place, secretly battling in shame or even worse, starting to feel hopeless and becoming more susceptible to your lusts.

I know this because I learned it the hard way. After spending YEARS in abstinence not really maximizing my single life, prone to falling with one wrong click on the tv or the computer, I was fed up and refused to believe this was all God had for me.

Well, I was right! And God did not call you to stay on the "struggle bus" either! I dug myself out so I could hand you the latter!

Hey girl hey! I’m Canden

A writer and creative, saved by grace and successfully abstinent for over 12 years!!! (Come through JESUS!) I started offering training in the area of purity because I noticed women in the church being ignored when it comes to sexually destructive behaviors like masturbation and pornography.

Because these are largely believed to be “men’s issues,” women are not getting the proper attention, care and resources we need to combat sexual attacks and urges.

I’ve had my share of sexual experiences - same sex experimentation, sexual fantasies, taking termination of pregnancy meds, lust, porn, losing my virginity, masturbation - you name it! Through it all, I’ve learned that God is so faithful. 

Let’s face it - Singleness and sexual purity are downright challenging to navigate! But God brought me help through mentors, coaches, The Holy Spirit and His word.

Because of my journey I learned so much about the grace and grit of it all but most women don't have anyone to turn to and I know firsthand how difficult it is to do it alone. 

As someone who is incredibly passionate about women living quality and abundant lives, I knew I had to share this program so that other women could find true freedom too.
